Training Goal:

SSI - Six Sigma & Innovation offers a challenging self-training for Green Belts and Black Belts. In an intensive, practice-oriented self-training, the participants learn the individual phases of Six Sigma project execution. They are enabled by the training documents to lead project teams, to select the appropriate Six Sigma tool, to successfully execute Six Sigma projects delivering high financial benefits. Participants can, if desired, exceute a Six Sigma project.

Certification:

Upon successful completion, the participant will be awarded the "Certified Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt" certificate.

The exam is completed in writing on the basis of questions with multiple-choice. The content of the qualification corresponds to the Six Sigma concept of the American Society for Quality Management ASQ

Training Duration:
The participants work out the training documents the training documents and register for the examination.

Green Belt Self-Training and Green Belt Exam: 1.000, - EUR plus VAT
Black Belt Self-Training and Black Belt Exam: 2.000, - EUR excl. VAT
The participation fee must be paid before the start of the course.

Software:
