On-Line Qualitymanager Training
QM methods for the setup, maintenance and optimization of the QM system as well as for the improvement of the quality level taking into account cost aspects
Target Group:
Quality engineers, quality managers, department managers as well as all other employees / managers who want to qualify as quality managers.
Training Goal:
You will be trained as quality manager and you are able to introduce and maintain a quality management system. The necessary tools are given to you in order to setup a quality management system. Management tools and methods for problem solving and continuous improvement are also taught.

Quality management is of paramount importance in companies to maintain competitiveness in product realization, from product development to product delivery. A properly established Quality management and maintained, guarantees future of the company. In the training as a quality manager, you will be given the necessary knowledge to maintain and develop an effective quality management system. As part of the training, you will learn about the individual requirements and principles of quality management. Based on this, we will provide you with the various management tools, problem solving and improvement methods and enable you to effectively audit a quality management system. You will learn how to identify and establish meaningful indicators for the evaluation and further development of a quality management system

• Requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001: 2008
• Quality management tasks (quality planning, control and assurance)
• Documentation of procedures
• Overview of current quality methods
• Internal audits
2nd Day
• Project management in improvement process improvement
• Problemsolving and problem elimination
• Exercises in group work
• Tips / experience exchange

Certification:
After the end of the training the participant receives the certificate "Quality Manager SSI".
Training Duration:
2 Days On-Line Training with minimum 4 participants
