On-Line Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Training

Target Group:
Certified Black Belts with the Lean Six Sigma Project Experience that wants to reach the Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification (Engineers, Naturalists, Research and Development Engineers, Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, and Quality Engineers from manufacturing and service companies)
Training Goal:
SSI - Six Sigma & Innovation offers a challenging training program for Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belts, carried out by experienced Master Black Belts. In an intensive, practice-oriented training, the participants learn the individual phases in the realization of Six Sigma projects. They are empowered to lead project teams, select the appropriate Six Sigma tools, successfully apply them, and lead Six Sigma projects to success. From training week two, each participant will present their project progress in the form of project reviews.

1. Week:
• Lean Six Sigma Roadmap
• Implementation of Lean Six Sigma in the company
• Tasks of the Master Black Belts
• Develop and teach selected training modules
• Project definition and project scoping
• Coaching Lean Six Sigma projects
• Project presentation of all participants
• Trainings with MINITAB®

2. Week:
Perform Lean Six Sigma project reviews
• Develop and teach selected training modules
• Perform simulation and apply with DOE
• Statistical experimental planning DOE (full-factorial and partial-factorial experimental plan)
• Calculation of Power and Sample Size
• Correlation and regression analysis
• Training with MINITAB®

3. Week:
• Develop and teach selected training modules
• Statistical Experimental Planning DOE (Multiple Response Optimization)
• Statistical Experimental Surface Planning (DOE)
• Reliability analysis (Design for Reliability)
• In-Class-Exercise "Helicopter Experiment"
• DFSS overview
• Project review and project completion
• Training with MINITAB®

Certification:
After completion of the training, successful validation of the module trainings and proven successful project coaching and / or project execution (credit system) the participants receive the certificate "Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt". The content of the qualification corresponds to the Six Sigma concept of the American Society for Quality Management ASQ
Training Duration:
15 days On-Line Training with minimum 4 participants (3 weeks to 5 days each), respectively
- Mondays from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm,
- Tuesdays to Thursdays from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and
- Fridays from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm
This training can also be carried out in-house. For an in-house training, we will be happy to make an offer.
Scope of Services and Participation Fee:
Course Costs: 11.960,- EUR plus VAT
The participation fee has to be paid before the start of the course.

Software:
Each participant must have a laptop with the software Microsoft® Excel from 2003, MINITAB® from R15, Adobe® Reader® from 5.0 onwards.
