• Risk minimization along the entire supply chain
• during the product development and manufacturing processes, risks and potential for improvement can be detected in time

• Content and orientation of the VDA 6.3 process auditing
• Audit preparation
- Audit planning
- Application of the questionnaire

2nd Day:

• Performing Audit
- Quantitative assessment and classification
- Proof of evidence and documentation
• Audit follow-up
- Reporting
- Actions - Definition and tracking
• Workshops and group work to deepen the theory

Certification:
After the end of the course the participant receives the certificate "Process Auditor VDA 6.3 SSI".

Training Duration:
2 Days On-Line Training with minimum 4 participants
